AT&T in Hobbs, NM seeks a Store Manager-3 to lead daily store operations, manage a team, and ensure customers receive best-in-class services across AT&T products and services. You’ll partner with a store manager to drive merchandising, launches, and customer experiences while coaching staff and coordinating outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and develop a team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and support merchandising and product launches.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
