Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-1 focused leader to oversee daily store operations in Santa Fe, NM. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales objectives, and collaborate on merchandising and product launches to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will participate in promotional activities and off-site events, leveraging best-in-class training to develop leadership skills and grow your career with AT&T.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with a store manager.
