Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Ballard Designs in Charlotte, NC, onsite daily. You will lead a stellar team, promote the Ballard Designs brand, and ensure store standards, guest experience, and sales performance.

You will report to the Area Manager and oversee planning, payroll, recruitment, training, and store programs such as Design Services and Private Label Credit Card, with relocation not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating the most fantastic place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload.

Where You’ll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Charlotte, NC, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
