Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Frontgate location in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, delivering an outstanding guest experience, and executing company procedures to drive sales and profitability.

You will train Sales Associates, manage store programs, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operations and guest loyalty. Flexible scheduling and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS Systems.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality Sales Associate training that includes product knowledge and benefits of a unique product assortment.
• Provide leadership to build sales generation and store operations.
• Improve EBITDA by creating a top place to work and shop with exceptional Guest experience.
• Develop strategies with the Store Leader to increase sales and guest loyalty.
• Recruit and train Team Members in all open positions.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
