Naples Soap Company in Downtown Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our bustling location. You will drive sales, develop people, and create exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting. This role requires evenings, weekends and holidays and offers a competitive base salary with monthly bonuses plus

• Minimum of three years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance objectives.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing successful teams.
• Experience in specialty retail, apparel, beauty, wellness, boutique, or other customer-focused retail environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
