Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold our mission.

You will supervise staff, schedule and train personnel, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, well-merchandised sales floor while controlling inventory and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Schedule, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Balance cash and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints when necessary.

Basic Requirements
