Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a high-volume 18,000-square-foot store and a team of about 25 in Wisconsin. You will own daily operations, drive sales and merchandising, manage inventory, and guide staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of retail leadership, strong team-building and financial acumen to optimize store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mid- to high-volume retail management experience.
• Experience managing a retail operation generating $2M+ in annual sales.
• Proven experience directly managing teams of at least 15 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 25 employees while creating a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
• Oversee all daily store operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, purchasing and store maintenance.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction by monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage inventory control, product replenishment and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels and support sales goals.
• Own store-level P&L performance, budgeting and financial results while analyzing sales trends and operating metrics.
• Recruit, train, and manage employee performance while building a strong, accountable, and engaged team.
• Maintain store standards, operational procedures, safety requirements, and loss prevention practices.

Position Title: Retail Manager

Lead the store like it’s your own. A well-established retail organization is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, 18,000-square-foot store and lead a team of approximately 25 employees. This role owns store performance from sales and merchandising to inventory, purchasing, staffing, customer service, and profitability, with significant autonomy to make decisions and drive results.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on retail leader with at least five years of management experience who understands how to build strong teams, drive sales, and manage the financial and operational details behind a successful store.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $150,000 / Year, DOE

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, retail operations, P&L management, merchandising, and sales strategy
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor, coach employees, and step into day-to-day operations when needed
• Strong business judgment with the ability to analyze financial reports, sales trends, and store performance
• High-energy, hands-on leadership style with strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
