Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and drive sales while upholding our Mission, Values, and Culture.

You will plan, direct, and optimize daily activities, supervise staff, manage cash, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
