Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a busy store and drive sales while upholding our mission, values, and culture.

You will plan and direct all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, training, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and safety procedures, to achieve maximum profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.

• Balance cash and maintain accurate records.

• Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary
• Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures

• Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments

Basic Requirements:
