George Washington Toma is seeking a driven Retail Store Manager for our East Weymouth, MA location to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills with flexibility to work weekends; a high school diploma is the baseline, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or assistant management experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and retail POS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.

Working Schedule

Monday-Saturday 45/hr work week
