Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Texas to develop leadership and hands-on retail operations experience. You will work with store leadership on daily activities, learn customer service, inventory management, and business performance while handling merchandise across categories such as jewelry, electronics, and tools.

You\'ll participate in coaching and training, support recruiting, and help drive store performance toward sales, loan, and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
