Capital Pawn in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience in retail operations, working with a broad range of merchandise including jewelry and electronics to boost service and performance.

You will support coaching, training, and recruiting efforts, assist with opening/closing, manage inventory, and analyze store results to meet sales and profitability goals while advancing your management career.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
