Fiesta Pawn in Houston, TX is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn and lead daily store operations while developing leadership skills. You will gain experience in customer service, inventory, merchandising, and performance analysis as you work with a diverse range of merchandise and help drive profitability.

Qualifications

18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
Complete management training and development assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
