You will learn day-to-day store operations, customer service, inventory management, and team development while working with a broad merchandise mix including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Leadership, key-holder, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
