FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Houston to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience in a retail environment.

You will learn day-to-day operations, customer service excellence, inventory management, and how to support sales and profitability goals while working with a diverse range of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools. Qualifikationen

• 1 Year minimum leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail POS systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.Perform other duties as assigned.
