FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on management experience in a retail setting. You’ll learn all facets of daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

This entry‑level role offers commissions and bonuses, with pay between $20.50 and $28.00 per hour. Most stores operate 9AM–6PM, with benefits available and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer‑focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision‑making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
