$15.00 to $26.48 per hour

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

  • The best working hours in the business. Most stores open at 9AM and close at 6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays.
  • Our Earned Wage Access* program is available to all employees on the second (2nd) day of employment. Employees can withdraw up to 50% of wages earned, up to seven times per payroll cycle.
  • The ability to earn unlimited commission above your hourly base rate.
  • VACATION: One week of paid vacation after six months of full-time active service. An additional week after one year, and two weeks on each subsequent anniversary. (Adjustments may apply based on local laws.)
  • SICK/PERSONAL: 8 hours after 6 months, 16 hours annually thereafter (adjustments may apply).

Position Overview

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses.

Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient with POS systems and computers.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Cash handling experience.

Commission Details

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during interview.
