Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will prepare you to manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.
You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build essential relationships. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first and fostering a culture of friendly competition.
