This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Description

We are currently looking for a Retail Store Management Trainee to join our team! This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $26.48, with potential commission earnings based on performance.

This role is designed for experienced retail assistant managers and store managers aiming to fast-track into a Store Management position, requiring at least 1 year of retail management experience.

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $4.33 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least six months of store management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Will partner with the Store Manager and may act as manager on duty in their absence. Compensation includes hourly wages, commissions, and bonuses based on performance.
