Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager In Training (MIT) who will be extensively trained to prepare for store management placement. The role involves cross-training in Sales, Accounts, and Shop, plus shadowing senior leaders and executives to learn policies and processes.

The MIT will develop proficiency in file completion, claims protection, and ordering, while gaining exposure to monthly P&Ls and driving store sales through outbound calls and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Desirable but not necessary: Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience.
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn and become proficient in policies, processes, and workings of each department.
• Learn and become proficient in proper file completion and protecting claims.
• Learn and place orders, contact operations for issues, run Friday meetings, and know required forms.
• Learn monthly P&Ls.
• Drive sales with outbound calls, marketing materials, goal setting, and store excitement.
• Other duties as assigned.
