Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced salon environment. This role leads by example and helps meet productivity goals while maintaining a welcoming, professional setting.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching staff, generating sales reports, and balancing revenue with labor costs; must work nights/weekends and a 35–40 hour week.

Formación

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership, with ability to coach and mentor.
• Team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other salon director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week of about 35–40 hours.
