Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM description.
• Ability to use computer, reports, inventory control, cash control, notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain site cleanliness, stocking, and organization per Company standards.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management and training practices.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate timely with all site employees and the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
