Meijer is offering a Store Leadership Internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree who want to explore a career in retail leadership. The program provides real projects, leadership exposure, and development opportunities across store departments.

Interns may rotate through roles and receive guided mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate growth. As an Intern Team Leader, you will mentor teammates, drive customer service excellence, and help meet store goals.

Qualifications

• The internship targets students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to gain exposure to full-store operations.
• Past leadership in work or activities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure a positive company image through courteous, friendly service.
• Support department in achieving sales and managing the P&L.
