Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store sales, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across the designated area.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and OBW service model; deliver customer-focused results.
