Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and state eligibility requirements may apply for facilities selling firearms or ammunition.
• Associates will attend and successfully complete required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and giving feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities, hire, train, mentor, and set clear expectations for associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and the Open Door Policy and promote a culture of belonging.
