Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience.
- For certain facilities may require firearms CBC and related training or eligibility certificates.
- Associates must complete required trainings and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams by teaching and guiding associates, promoting a culture of belonging.
- Drives store performance by managing budgets, merchandising, and operations.
- Implements action plans to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
- Supervises and develops hourly associates with coaching, recognition, and clear expectations.
