Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and policies; ensure staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings and safety initiatives.
• Open and close the store as required; ensure proper staffing across shifts.
• Evaluate sales, profitability, and inventory trends to identify opportunities.
