The position is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week. Starting wage is $26.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $27.00 in Year 2, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

• Monitor the competitive environment and inform leadership of adjustments needed to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly information, milestones, developments, and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls.
