Job summary

The North Face in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising and inventory standards align with brand directives.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and timely product flow to the floor.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
