AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy retail location in Fairview Heights, IL. You will partner with the store manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coaching a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will participate in merchandising, product launches, and promotional events, with paid training to support leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
