Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Boulder to help oversee daily store operations along with a store manager. You will coach a team of sales consultants, drive merchandising, product launches, and promotional events to achieve sales and service goals.

You will lead with strong communication and collaboration, leveraging your three+ years in telecom or related industries and prior leadership experience to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive results.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
