Job summary

AT&T in Longmont, CO is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily operations, merchandising, and leading a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales, coach team members, participate in promotions and off-site events, and receive best-in-class training for leadership success. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches while meeting sales objectives.
• Provide customers with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
