The role emphasizes floorset updates, styling input, and strong talent leadership to recruit, train and develop staff. You will lead staffing, scheduling and payroll, coach non-management, and ensure excellent product knowledge and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
