Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, KPIs and profitability with effective short- and long-term planning.
• Control payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
