Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kapolei, HI to blend strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership.

You will oversee daily store functions, drive sales through customer service, and guide staffing and development to nurture future leaders within the organization. You will manage floorset updates, product knowledge, and brand standards while leading recruiting, training, engagement, and development efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong customer focus and commitment to quality service.
Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
Train and develop the non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
