Responsibilities

• Open and close routines for daily store operation.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom ensuring excellent service and seamless operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll oversight; manage non-management development.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build engaging visual displays and maintain visual standards.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decisions and actions.
• Protect store assets; perform inventory control and shrink prevention.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company culture.
