Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a fast-paced store environment.

You will drive sales by analyzing performance, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development, with a promote-from-within mindset to grow future leaders within the store organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and develop effective communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Ability to coach others and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
