Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management, and ensure brand standards in visuals and product knowledge, contributing to a high-performing omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
