You will coach and mentor the team, handle daily operations, and ensure store performance. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods and reports to the store leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience in a commissions-based environment.
• Experience managing in a commissions-based sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Set goals and share them with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve customer experience and performance.
