Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

You will manage daily store operations, mentor staff, set goals, and partner with the General Manager on merchandising, staffing, and performance. This role requires a customer-service mindset, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team by example on the sales floor and develop sales specialists.
• Drive sales targets, financials, and store merchandising to meet quotas.
• Coach team one-on-one to raise performance and skills.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions under supervision.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and planogram compliance.
