AT&T, Santa Fe, NM, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive merchandising execution, product launches, and sales objectives while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

You will lead coaching for a team of retail sales consultants and participate in off-site events and promotions, with a strong focus on collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and develop a team to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and drive promotions.
• Provide customers with best-in-class service and entertainment offerings.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
