• Establish individual sales goals for associates and supervise staff to maximize sales and profit.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that drives customer traffic and loyalty beyond expectations.
• Coach staff and implement initiatives to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Provide feedback to buying and allocation teams to identify high potential items for sales and profit.
• Oversee visual presentation and loss prevention procedures to support brand image and security.
