Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management experience in a high-volume or high-profile store is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store location.
• Educate team on sales and profit performance tools.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations.
• Lead community outreach and client development in the market.
• Recruit and develop a store team with a customer-first approach.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the market.
• Provide coaching and development conversations with staff.
• Manage inventory and store execution to meet shrink goals.
• Promote adoption of new selling technologies and methods.
