You will drive sales growth through forecasting, scheduling, and budget management while coaching staff and implementing Standard Operating Procedures. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and people development skills to meet store goals.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in store operations.
• Effective communication with customers and employees.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes results and identifies opportunities with leadership to improve KPIs.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget to support the P&L and daily operations.
• Builds teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches and provides feedback on performance and behaviors.
• Teaches and trains to build capabilities across the team.
• Executes Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Implements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Performs Service Leader duties as needed.
• Represents the brand and understands the competitive landscape.
• Promotes community involvement and OMNI-driven experiences.
