Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, 1 year in a leadership role.
• Retail leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and partner with Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Open and close the store; manage daily operations and POS accuracy.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house, and store maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff; support scheduling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate store events and promotions; ensure brand standards daily.
