Job summary

melin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Irvine to lead the store team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver the highest level of guest connection. You will open/close the store, manage inventory and POS, and foster a high-energy team environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, strong management skills, and the ability to train and develop staff, with a focus on driving premium guest experiences and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and partner with Store Manager to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Open/close the shop; manage scheduling, inventory, and POS operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff in collaboration with HR.
• Execute seasonal floor sets and visual merchandising daily.
• Support store events and contribute to marketing activations.
