Archipelago Companies’ melin flagship store in Laguna Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and drive a premium guest experience while upholding brand standards. You will open/close, supervise operations, manage inventory, and recruit/train staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience minimum, 1 year of management experience.
• College degree is a plus; retail results matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive premium guest experience and sales.
• Manage store financials and daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; oversee scheduling.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and store marketing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and team leadership.
