Responsibilities

• Champion a positive team culture; share ideas and feedback.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage year-round.
• Lead performance metrics: sales, service, product engagement.
• Own daily retail operations: POS, stock, pricing, and merchandising.
• Coordinate tasks to maintain smooth store operations and follow-up.
• Act as a brand ambassador; keep up with product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and compliance.
