Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail experience, preferably Store Manager
• 18+ years old
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Desire to succeed in a high growth retail environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs core values
• Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year
• Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement
• Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for POS, stock, pricing, loyalty, and store upkeep
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance
