• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities are met.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership as appropriate.
• Drive business priorities and store performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned areas.
• Uphold company policies and protect confidential information.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
